Sunday morning Sadhana(5:30 am until approximately 7:30 am): this is the ultimate yoga & meditation practice opportunity to conquer your duality, time and space. It is a community practice led by a rotation of teachers.
For teachers-in-training who are working to complete their 20-class requirements)... All of our kundalini yoga teachers are KRI certified.
To bring & not to bring
Yes- Yoga Mat: unless you are new to yoga and trying it out to see if this is for you, we highly recommend that you bring your own mat and begin infusing your own energy to that sacred portable space that is your practice.
Yes- Water Bottle: it is good to have water handy during practice. Spills happen amidst the asanas, so your container must have a lid. We have water glasses which you are welcome to use, and they must stay in the kitchen area. We do not encourage leaving class to get water.
Yes- Intention: to get the most out of your class: before entering, inhale deeply and set an intention to connect with your highest Self. Exhale out all of life’s dramas. That extra space will allow the yoga to better do what it needs to do. So much of the results is in the intention.
No- Perfumes & Scents: please leave at home. It can be very distracting to others as well as pose health risks to those with various degrees of sensitivities.
No- Cell phones. Please put on airplane mode before entering the practice space.
