Learn to teach creative, fun, empowering yoga classes to children while awakening the playful child within you.

The techniques taught in this course help create trust, increase sensitivity, strengthen communication and build relationships and a sense of community.

Gurudass created ChildPlay Yoga and lovingly refers to it as the Yoga of Fun. This 22 hour course offers participants an opportunity to reconnect with their own inner child and enjoy a weekend of yoga, games, singing, dancing and FUN. Gurudass will share how to offer play yoga to children of all ages (that includes adults) and will share a number of activities to help children cultivate the abilities they need to be successful in life. 

​With ChildPlay Yoga, children play at yoga to become more balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  It provides the opportunity to enhance their coordination, balance, flexibility, group skills, sense of humor, self-esteem, concentration and to work out excess energy in a positive uplifting environment. 

Gurudass teaches ChildPlay Yoga around the world, but rarely in the US. This is a unique opportunity to take the course and spend the weekend near Lake Michigan in beautiful Evanston, IL. ​
