Emotional Freedom Coaching
with SachKiret Kaur
Understanding that your emotions are purposefully given to you to guide you to peace, joy and safety in every aspect of your life is mind-blowing, yet so elementary. Our most basic tools have been misunderstood and misused so often and for so long that most of us view them negatively or try to ignore or override them. Knowing how to recognize and use this internal guiding system will free and empower you to live an inspired life, and in a state of peace, through all your ups and downs. Your natural state is happiness (a state of peace and trust in the Universe), and it is available to you.
Having studied with GuruMeher Khalsa, author and founder of the Senses of the Soul and Emotional Liberation, SachKiret is passionate about delivering this important and transformative knowledge and experience of emotional freedom to others to liberate themselves from themselves, from the emotions— surface and deep —that self-sabotage in an unconscious way. Mentoring clients through daily life struggles that can be met and healed with emotional freedom and coaching clients through their seven heaviest emotions systematically, SachKiret uses her personal experiences and training in Emotional Liberation by GuruMeher and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan to take you on a journey of self-discovery, healing and wisdom.
Where life used to look hopeless in key areas of her life, now there is hope and peace and empowered satisfaction within herself. SachKiret moved through this SOS (senses of the soul) operations training and now cannot un-know the peace and wisdom that emotional freedom has given her. And this gift is within each of us, should we choose to listen. This isn’t “positive thinking” and in some cases could bring you back to bitter memories. But through these experiences come hope and answers and a new sense of yourself. This is where emotional freedom has a big impact. It can change your life…..for the better.

from SachKiret...
For over 25 years I have been soul-searching. When I became a parent, something woke up inside me. That was just the bit of kindling I needed to recognize there was more character and grit and purpose inside me that just needed the impetus and clarity to ignite. I began to understand what was truly important to me yet I felt cluttered and buried in my own muck.
I began working on clearing that muck by decluttering my physical spaces and found that, after years of practiced cluttering, this was to be a lifelong project. At the same time, I found kundalini yoga and meditation and learned how to declutter my mind and body. (Shout out to Sodarshan Kriya!). Fast forward to discovering the work of GuruMeher and learning to trust my emotions as a guide from my soul that works just as well as my sense of touch telling me to move my hand from a burning-hot stove. Miraculously these soul senses worked in small and big ways to create subtle yet enormous shifts in my life.
Not coincidentally, in the time it takes to bring a baby to term, I birthed in myself a deep, transformative new understanding of “me” and my relationships. When you are learning something new— even with the tools that are as old as you are! —it can take an open mind and a willingness and desire to want change, and to believe that it’s possible. To wrap your mind around a concept or perspective that you haven’t heard before can be challenging and take time. What amazed me was, much of these new ideas were not new at all— they were ideas that felt “normal” in the arena of raising my kids. Raising my own inner child, I found, took the wisdom of attentive parenting placed in an adult world. It was a way to consider raising the inner child of us adults for those parts of us that didn’t grow up in a healthy way……and our emotions were giving us the cues. This work of emotional freedom is liberating and, once you learn the skills, you practice it and keep it…..and you become that elevated person you were destined to be.
