90, 120 or 1000 Days
There are more than a dozen of you taking the Sat Kriya Challenge with us at Urban Yoga Chicago. Most of us started on June 9. Here are the end dates based on the June 9 start date (if you see an error, please let us know!):
90 days ends on September 6, 2016
120 days ends on October 6, 2016
1000 days ends on March 5, 2019
Do a minimum of 3 minutes a day up to 31 minutes a day. Be sure to add the same time in savasana! If you forget a day, start over.
