Qigong (pronounced Chee-Gung) is an ancient Chinese form of bodywork for health and Qi cultivation (Life-force, energy). It is the root practice for all forms of Tai Chi and martial arts. The practice of Qigong and Tai Chi is often called “moving meditation” because of the deep and profound mind-body connection that develops over time.
While you can learn the simple movements of the outer form of Qigong online or from books, working with a teacher is the best way to reveal the internal healing benefits of the practice.

Kundalini Yoga clears out the emotional toxins in the body, balances the energy centers, strengthens the glandular and nervous systems, expand lung capacity (and fearlessness), and neutralizes and expands the mind. There are specific yoga sets and meditations that can serve the work you are currently doing in your life, and with an instructor working closely with you during these sessions, the experiences that coincide the practice become more meaningful, supportive, and directed.
