It's me I want
Joe Ingraffia, Thai Bodywork Therapist
"I have been interested in fitness and health for most of my life. My passion began when I was about 10 years old and a friend invited me for a 2-mile run during the sunrise. After our morning run, I felt strong and energized. I continue to exercise and participate in athletic activities and benefit from the positive effects on both my body and mind. As part of my health routine I‘ve received massages of various types throughout the years. After experiencing my first Thai Bodywork session in 2010 from one of my yoga instructors, I decided to learn this type of therapy so I could share it with others.
In addition to practicing Thai Bodywork, I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have completed over a dozen marathons throughout the United States. I also participate in cross-training activities such as functional weight training, running, biking, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, yoga, and tai chi. Exercise, proper nutrition, adequate sleep, meditation, and monthly Thai Bodywork sessions are a few of the therapies that help me stay healthy and energetic. These activities allow me to do the things I love such as spending time with my wife Sue and 3 beautiful kids, exploring nature, and serving my clients. I am grateful to have the ability to share my gifts as a bodyworker so that I may help others maintain and improve their health."
