It balances the cold, dry effects this weather has on our physical and emotional bodies as Winter approaches, which includes dry skin, anxiety, fatigue, restlessness and indigestion. Learn to cook simple meals using general Ayurvedic principles to balance the mind and body.

Light discussion as we put together simple, fresh & delightful vegetarian meals with Ayurvedic influence;
the basics with special emphasis on digestion.
This 2 hour 15 minute class is a monthly series over a 4 month period.
We will cover digestion & nourishment, doshas (mind-body constitutions), soup & salads, greens & grains, and staple foods & spices.
Possible start date is Wednesday, January 13, 11:45 am to 2:00 pm to repeat monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
